A Passenger Arrested For Whipping Bus Driver With Belt
18-year-old Tyrone Darell Hubbert is in police custody for reportedly taking off his belt and whipping the bus driver after he questioned him about payment. Police report that Hubbert tried to pay the $2 bus fare with his Social Security card and after several failed attempts was told by the driver to pay or exit the bus.
