NO Carter 4 til THE END OF AUGUST!!!! Damn, Damn, DAMNNNNN!!!!

As previously reported, this is the second delay for the project after it was originally pushed back from May 26 to June 21.
 
Now Tha Carter IV isn't expected to see the light of day till August 29.
