92 year OLD Woman...shoots MAN cause he didn't wanna kiss her!

A 92-year-old Florida woman is in police custody after authorities say she shot at her neighbor after he refused to kiss her.

Helen Staudinger was arrested Monday and charged with aggravated assault and firing into an occupied dwelling.
