Rocawear Targets South Florida Wholesaler With Lawsuit
The proprietor of two South Florida wholesale companies is being taken to court by the owners of the Rocawear for allegedly making knockoff garments of the clothing label founded by rap moguls Dame Dash and Jay-Z.
Attorney's representing Rocawear and Rocawear Licensing LLC filed a lawsuit in the Southern District of Florida in the Fort Lauderdale division accusing Bargain Wholesaler and Top Brand Wholesalers owner Ahmad Jamhour of marketing bogusRocawear products, specifically jean capris and ladies tops.
