As of a result of Wayne's recent weapons convictions, Europe has allegedly denied Wayne clearance to enter the country. This has forced him to cancel his European leg of The I Am Still Music II Tour. According to Mediatakeout.com, a source said that on the rumored tape, Ciara is allegedly "s*ckin some [dude] off and [having unprotected sex].
