Obese Man Sues White Castle Claiming Seats Do Not Accommodate Larger Customers

COLUMBUS, Ohio - A New York man sued Columbus-based White Castle saying the seats in the restaurant do not accommodate customers of all sizes.

White Castle Vice President Jamie Richardson, said that customer service is a big focus of the company, 10TV's AJ Smith reported on Tuesday.

According to the lawsuit, the man dined at a restaurant that did not have tables and chairs, only booths.

The 6 foot tall, 290 pound man said he couldn't fit.

"As a family owned company for 90 years now, our No. 1 focus has always been customer service," Richardson said.
