“I just figure that I… I'm funky,” he explained. “I got that from my stylist, Marisa. I'm funky, like she say. I wear a whole buncha items at one time, you know what I mean? I be figuring you at least want one of them items.
Like, ‘Damn, I'd love to have that safety pin he got on,' you know what I mean? Anything. I got on these types of shoes, these shorts, this sweater… A year from now, I want all these items to be mine. Rebirth. I want—I just figure people want to be funky like me, so I got my clothing line.”

IN OTHER LIL WAYNE NEWS!!!!!!

"The album is done and it'll be out August 29. It's totally done," said Wayne told MTV News.

He also discussed the track "How To Love."

"That song is just sweeping the world. It's touching every woman, that's what it was for," explained Weezy. "It was like Tupac had 'Keep Ya Head Up' and it was a message to women and little girls across the world just to keep your head up even though things are hard. That's what my song was."

"A lot of women don't know how to love because there's deep reasons for them not knowing how to love."

Beyonce FIRES DAD? Because he STOLE???

TMZ obtained legal docs that claim Live Nation Entertainment wanted so desperately to sink its fangs into Beyonce’s 2011 world tour that they told her that Mathew  “had stolen money from Beyonce on her most recent tour or otherwise taken funds that [he] was not entitled to.”

Apparently Live Nation’s plan worked because Beyonce had her law firm conduct an audit, and the law firm concluded Mathew had indeed pilfered money from her.  Beyonce then fired him.
Mathew claims after he was let go, Beyonce hired a manager who had worked as a former exec at Live Nation and maintained a relationship with the company.

Mathew insists the theft accusations by Live Nation are false, and he wants a judge to give him the right to take depositions of various people at Live Nation, to determine just how they concluded he was a thief.

Woman Died From Sex With Dog, Man Arrested!!

AOL News reports:
Sean McDonnell, the 57-year-old charged in the case, apparently ordered his German Shepard to have sex with a 43-year-old mother of four that he met in an online fetish chatroom, according to the Journal.
They met to perform the kinky act with the canine, but the woman died hours later from an attack similar to a reaction unleashed by a peanut allergy, according to the Irish Daily Star.

Although the woman perished on October 7, 2008, McDonnell was just charged in Limerick. It's an unprecedented case on the Emerald Isle where it's believed that no one's been prosecuted under the country's 1861 buggery laws, the Journal reported.
A conviction could land McDonnell in prison for life.
The Gardai, the Irish police, determined that the sex was consensual, according to an article originally published in the Irish Daily Star.

A South Florida traffic court judge is accused of taking cellphone pictures of a man at a men's room urinal

A South Florida traffic court judge is accused of taking cellphone pictures of a man at a men's room urinal, then trying to bite the hand of the officer who arrested her a short time later, according to a report.
Rhonda Hollander, 47, was arrested and charged with three crimes, including third-degree felony obstruction, The Orlando Sentinel reported.

Willie Jackson told police that Hollander took a picture of him as he stood in front of a urinal in the men's room at the West Regional Courthouse in Plantation, the newspaper reported.
Hollander then used her cellphone to photograph another man as he entered the restroom, according to the police report cited by The Sentinel.

15-Year-Old Girl Facing Life In Prison For Stillborn Baby

Rennie Gibbs is facing murder charges in a Mississippi prison over the death of her stillborn child.

Gibbs lost her baby at 36 weeks and prosecutors discovered she had a cocaine habit.
Even though drug use had nothing to do with her baby's death, she was charged with a “depraved-heart murder.”

Fetal homicide laws, which exist in at least 38 states, were not intended to target would-be mothers, they were designed to protect women and girls from abusive males.
Gibbs, who was 15-years-old at the time is the first woman in Mississippi to be charged with murder relating to the loss of her unborn baby.
Across the US more and more prosecutions are being brought that seek to turn pregnant women into criminals.
Amanda Kimbrough was advised to get an abortion by doctors because her baby would be born with Down's syndrome, but instead she had the child.

Convicted Killer Sues Jail For $50 Million For Calling Him An "Inmate"

A man convicted of killing someone in a drug deal gone wrong is suing New York state for $50 million, saying he is being 'stigmatized' by being called an 'inmate'.
According to Gerard Domond, 49,  the term inmate implies he was "mating with other men" and is causing him "mental anguish."
Speaking to the New York Post, his sister Marie Domond who is acting as the family lawyer says the term,
"Implies that our brother is locked up for the purpose of mating with other men."
She then goes on to say,
"The suggestive nature of the word is disgraceful. This cruel psychological programming has weighed heavily on our emotional and psychological well-being. It's something that's bothered me for a long time. I couldn't understand why no one recognized that somebody being labeled an inmate, why they wouldn't recognize that. To me it just sounded very wrong."

Man Accused Of Smothering Woman To Death With Pillow While Giving Her Oral Sex

Douglas Rico, 44, who is also homeless, pleaded not guilty to first-degree manslaughter in the death of his girlfriend, 53-year-old Henrietta Sholl.

Assistant District Attorney Todd Pettigrew said Mr. Rico and Ms. Sholl were staying together in room 360 at the Budget Host Inn in Riverside.

The couple entered the room about 11:30 a.m. on May 4 and Mr. Rico was observed leaving the room on surveillance camera the same day about 1:30 p.m.
Cleaning staff discovered the lifeless body of Ms. Sholl, a woman said to live a life marred by drugs and alcohol  on a bed May 5 at the motel.

Mr. Rico's court-appointed attorney, Dan Russo of Westhampton Beach, said Ms. Sholl was drunk and high during the ordeal and suffered  a heart attack.
“The victim in this case was his girlfriend and lover,” Mr. Russo told Judge Robert Doyle. “They were celebrating her release from [jail]. She had a heart attack and died.”

"MICHAEL JACKSON GAVE ME COCAINE" GTFOH

In a recent interview with OK! Magazine Aaron Carter says....

“I never talked about it. This is the first time. I do…I miss Michael. I have spent such incredible times with him. I did things with him that nobody else did. But I was also troubled about what he did to me. Yes, he gave me wine. I mean, I could have refused, but I was 15. He gave me cocaine. I felt weird about that and other stuff. We spoke afterwards, hours and hours, on the phone. I admired Michael, but his behavior bothered me a lot. Then my mother called the police.”<---F outta here dude!
