A South Florida traffic court judge is accused of taking cellphone pictures of a man at a men's room urinal

A South Florida traffic court judge is accused of taking cellphone pictures of a man at a men's room urinal, then trying to bite the hand of the officer who arrested her a short time later, according to a report.
Rhonda Hollander, 47, was arrested and charged with three crimes, including third-degree felony obstruction, The Orlando Sentinel reported.

Willie Jackson told police that Hollander took a picture of him as he stood in front of a urinal in the men's room at the West Regional Courthouse in Plantation, the newspaper reported.
Hollander then used her cellphone to photograph another man as he entered the restroom, according to the police report cited by The Sentinel.
