Miami Police Investigating Murder at Home of Rapper Rick Ross!

Cops are looking to speak with rapper Rick Ross ... after a 40-year-old man was shot to death in front of his Miami Gardens home this morning ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Ross was NOT home at the time of the shooting and at this point in the investigation, he's not considered a suspect.

Dancing With The Stars Cast Revealed

ABC has announced the cast for season 14 of the hit talent competition, “Dancing With The Stars.” Jaleel White, Sherri Shepherd and Gladys Knight have been tapped along with “Extra” co-host Maria Menunos, retired tennis champ Martina Navratilova, country singer-songwriter Gavin Degraw, Welsh mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins.

As for the actors in the line-up: Former “Little House on the Prairie” star Melissa Gilbert, “Melrose Place” alum Jack Wagner, Disney actor Roshon Fegan and J.Lo‘s music video star William Levy.

Evelyn Lozada being SUED by EX for taking $$

Evelyn Lozada claims she did nothing wrong when she accepted over half a million dollars from her ex-fiancé, former NBA star Antoine Walker, because she had no idea he was in debt ... this according to court docs filed this week.

As TMZ first reported, the "Basketball Wives" star is being sued by the bankruptcy trustee in Walker's case who claims Walker funneled money to her while they were engaged as a way to hide if from his creditors.

According to the docs, Lozada denies the allegation that Walker's money was used to open her shoe store, Dulce. She says any money she got from Walker was "used for the ordinary living expenses of the [Walker] and his household" and that she was simply an intermediary for Walker.

Brooke Mueller has been charged with felony possession of cocaine with intent to distribute stemming from her December 2 arrest in Aspen, Colorado ... TMZ has learned.  if she's convicted.  For more than 4 grams, Brooke could face 6 years in prison.  For less than 4 grams, she'd face 18 months in prison.  But the reality is ... since she would be a first time offender, she'd almost certainly get probation.

Jay-Z Described As “Deeply Disappointed” In Rihanna

Radar Online claims that Jay-Z is none too pleased with Rihanna after she reunited with Chris Brown for new music following the brutal beating she suffered at the hands on him in 2009. A source tells the site, ”Jay was absolutely disgusted by what Chris did to Rihanna. Jay doesn’t understand how a man could ever lay hands on a woman; it just goes against who he is and about. Chris is absolutely dead to Jay, he wants nothing to do with him ever.”

D.A. Says Conrad Murray's a Danger to Society

According to the new docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors say Murray has shown no remorse for his "reckless and criminal conduct that directly caused Michael Jackson's death."  In other words, the D.A. says Murray just doesn't get it, and he could engage in the same conduct again if the judge lets him loose.

The D.A. also claims Murray is a flight risk, because he no longer has strong ties to California now that his medical license has been revoked.
