It just wouldn’t be Christmas without Mariah Carey. The festive diva teamed up with Justin Bieber to shoot a video for their remake of Mariah’s classic “All I Want for Christmas Is You” on Wednesday (Nov. 2) in New York City. The “SuperFestive!” version of their duet appears on Bieber’s holiday album Under the Mistletoe.



The superstars shut down Macy’s for the late-night shoot directed by Sanaa Hamri (“Crybaby”) and even got some early Christmas shopping done.

After six weeks, a jury has reached a verdict in the involuntary manslaughter trial of Michael Jackson’s doctor. Dr. Conrad Murray was found guilty in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Michael Jackson’s family including parents Katherine and Joe and sister La Toya were present in the courtroom as the verdict was read.

Bieber performs, Man Streaks at the MTV EMAS

The MTV Europe Music Awards (aka the VMAs but with cooler accents) took place today in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Kreayshawn's "Gucci Gucci" Ghostwriter wants his cut!

Rapper Speak, born Anthony Negrete, has collaborated with the Oakland rapper on a number of other tracks, including “Rich Whores,” her only other release. Speak also says he taught Kreayshawn how to count bars and “con-ceptualize and structure lines and put a filter on all the craziness.

In an interview with the LA Weekly, Speak revealed that he hasn't received any money or royalties for co-writing her break out single.

After rumors began to swirl that Kreayshawn signed a $1 million deal with Columbia Records, he began to wonder when he'd receive his share of the deal.

"Seeing someone become rich overnight and getting to do all the cool things that come with being a successful artist, knowing you had a part in that, but eating Spam for dinner," Speak said.
Kreayshawn has adamantly denied ever having a ghostwriter, but according to Speak, Kreayshawn definitely needs help putting her bars together.

Lindsay Lohan sentenced to 'structure' — and 30 days in jail!

Lindsay Lohan wore black to court on Wednesday, where she admitted violating probation and then said "Yes, your honor" to a sentence of 30 days in jail followed by a strictly structured schedule of therapy and community service.  "This is what you really call putting the keys to the jail in the defendant's pockets," Judge Stephanie Sautner said after detailing the terms of the new sentence to Lohan, who made more eye contact with the judge than has previously been evident on live camera feeds from the courthouse.



Though Sautner ruled out house arrest or electronic monitoring in lieu of jail, Lohan is likely to serve only six days in county lockup because of overcrowding, L.A. Now reported.

In the aftermath of his 72-day marriage to Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries can count at least one ally: the Chippendales dancers.
