 Bad Boy Records HNIC netted $550 million last year, putting him one step closer to becoming hip-hop's first billionaire.  Among the business collaborations fattening his pockets include his partnership with Ciroc vodka, his Sean Jean clothing line, and the Blue Fame marketing agency. The 42-year-old is also planning to follow in the footsteps of Oprah Winfrey, by launching his own network next year, which likely keep him on the Forbes'  list for years to come.

Coming in second place on the list was Jay who earned an impressive $460 million, due in part to his successful 'Watch the Throne Tour,' which will head overseas this summer. Next was the current king of holograms, Dr. Dre with $270 million, followed by Birdman who made $125 million last year.

Jersey Shore's Pauly D sued...but wait just how much $$$ does he make???

According to ICM, the agency negotiated increasingly large fees for DelVecchio as the popularity of "Jersey Shore" ballooned, in exchange for 10 percent of DelVecchio's gross compensation. The suit says that the agreement worked out until season 4 of the show, when DelVecchio stopped paying the commission, the suit alleges.

The suit also claims that, for Season 4 of "Jersey Shore," Pauly D's compensation was $100,000 for each of the 12 episodes, plus a $400,000 signing bonus, adding up to a cool $1.6 million -- and that's not including compensation for after-shows, a launch special, reunion show, merchandising and other compensation. (According to the complaint, DelVecchio received $200,000 as a "thank you" bonus for Season 4.)
And it gets even richer. ICM claims that for the upcoming Season 6 of "Jersey Shore," DelVecchio will rake in $175,000 for each of 12 episodes -- making for a total of $2.1 million. And again, that's not including after-shows, etc.

More sex scandals in LA school systems!

this time involving a 17-year-old high school student who allegedly was left alone with a classroom filled with 4-year-olds and then molested one of them.

It happened at Los Angeles Adventist Discoveryland -- a religious institution that operates a child day care facility
According to the suit, in October, 2011, two teachers left a 17-year-old boy from the affiliated high school alone with a room filled with very young children. The suit claims on two occasions the boy targeted a 4-year-old girl while she was napping on a cot, stuck his hand down her underpants and penetrated her anus with his finger. The suit goes on to allege he also rubbed and touched her vagina, telling her to be quiet and close her eyes.

TMZ has obtained a document showing the boy was prosecuted in the juvenile justice system earlier this year. The lawyer for the girl -- legal juggernaut Donald E. Karpel -- tells us, "I was Informed by the DA's office that the juvenile pleaded guilty to one count of rape."

He adds, "To the outrage of the family, the judge sentenced the juvenile to only home probation. This is why these acts continue to be prevalent in our schools. How do I explain to a 4-year-old her loss of innocence at the hands of another."

The suit -- which is filed on the girl's behalf -- seeks unspecified damages.

It's the latest sex scandal in the L.A. schools ... the most shocking is an elementary school teacher who allegedly spoon-fed semen to his students as part of a "tasting game."

To Whom It May Concern:

JoAnne Brown and I facilitate the Black Student Union (BSU) at La Follette High School and Memorial High School. We are both Minority Service Coordinators in the Madison Metropolitan School District. BSU is a voluntary program for students, meant to foster student development through academics, community service, volunteerism and self-enrichment. A program like BSU not only benefits the African American community, but our entire community.

During the 2012 spring break, BSU will be coordinating a tour of various educationally and culturally rich landmarks in Atlanta, Georgia which will focus on academic and social success. We will take students to the African American Historical sites like: Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Site, APEX Museum, and Hammonds House Museum. We will also visit the following Historical Black Colleges/Universities: Morehouse, Spellman, Clark, and Atlanta University Center. Historically, these colleges and universities have proven to be extremely valuable in the development of our youth.

We also participate in National Read Your Heart Out Day, assist with the 100 Black Men Backpacks for Success, and many other initiatives that support education and success of young people. This past Martin Luther King Day, we facilitated a community-wide Peace March for our "Peace Week". We also sold Stop the Violence Wristbands and had students at Memorial sign the Stop the Violence Pledge as well as partnered with West High School's BSU to hold a play called From Kings to Thugs to Presidents. Afterwards, BSU members facilitated workshops where they had students come up with action plans where they could take back to their schools and communities to stop violence, bullying, hate, etc. Parents and other adults convened to come up with strategies on how they can save the youth here in Dane County.


I say this to you because yes, we are asking for financial support for our Black College and Black History Tour to Atlanta, however I truly believe that our students-city wide are more than deserving of the support because they work hard to become future leaders. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. A donation to BSU will assist in offsetting expenses and allow students who might not have been able to afford the trip the opportunity to participate in this educational and eye opening experience. A rep for the Situation just contacted TMZ to say they are not confirming that Mike is in rehab ... just that he "has spent the past several weeks at an undisclosed location for much needed rest and recuperation after his extensive production and appearance schedule."

Like most of the 'JS' crew ... Sorrentino's been on a non-stop party train since the show debuted on MTV 2 years ago -- drinking and making paid appearances at nightclubs all over the world.

Rick Ross In The Clear After Dead Man Found On His Property

MTV News reports that an area detective has confirmed that the "BOSS" is neither a suspect nor will he sought for questioning regarding the death of the unnamed man.

Although Rick Ross does own the home, it is not his primary residence and is removed from any connection involved with the case. "He lives at a different location," Detective Michael Wright told MTV News.

HIV POSITIVE MAID PUT “MENSTRUAL” BLOOD IN KID’S CEREAL

17 year old maid, Pelagia Mureya was found guilty of willful transmission of HIV after her fresh blood was found in the cereal she was feeding a child she was taking care of.

A court attendant who listened to the ordeal vomited while listening to the details of this nasty ordeal. Cops say on February 13 2012, the accused cooked porridge for the child who was headed to daycare. After preparing the porridge, Pelagia then fed the child. As the child ate the mother noticed a drop of blood in the porridge and ordered her child to stop eating.

She left court attendants numb after she was found guilty of mixing her blood with the pre-school going child’s food. She was sentenced to 12 months in prison for willful transmission of HIV. Two months were suspended on condition the accused does not commit a similar offense in the next three years.
She asked the maid where the blood came from but the maid said she didn’t know. The mother took the porridge, the victim and the accused to Gutu Rural Hospital in Zimbabwe, where it was confirmed that the blood belonged to Pelagia and that she was HIV positive!

Cops are looking to speak with rapper Rick Ross ... after a 40-year-old man was shot to death in front of his Miami Gardens home this morning ... TMZ has learned.

Evelyn Lozada being SUED by EX for taking $$

Evelyn Lozada claims she did nothing wrong when she accepted over half a million dollars from her ex-fiancé, former NBA star Antoine Walker, because she had no idea he was in debt ... this according to court docs filed this week.

As TMZ first reported, the "Basketball Wives" star is being sued by the bankruptcy trustee in Walker's case who claims Walker funneled money to her while they were engaged as a way to hide if from his creditors.

According to the docs, Lozada denies the allegation that Walker's money was used to open her shoe store, Dulce. She says any money she got from Walker was "used for the ordinary living expenses of the [Walker] and his household" and that she was simply an intermediary for Walker.

D.A. Says Conrad Murray's a Danger to Society

According to the new docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors say Murray has shown no remorse for his "reckless and criminal conduct that directly caused Michael Jackson's death."  In other words, the D.A. says Murray just doesn't get it, and he could engage in the same conduct again if the judge lets him loose.

The D.A. also claims Murray is a flight risk, because he no longer has strong ties to California now that his medical license has been revoked.

A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge decided on Thursday that Chris Brown’s probation will continue as initially ordered. Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, reportedly argued that his client should be allowed to finish supervised probation early, on account of good behavior. Judge George Lomeli felt differently and ruled that Brown will continue to report to a probation officer in his home state in Virginia.

Since being sentenced to five-years probation over assault charges he secured in the beating of then-girlfriend, Rihanna, the night before the Grammys in 2009, Chris Brown has completed a yearlong domestic violence program, anger-management classes and nearly half of the community service ordered by the court.

Suge Knight ARRESTED!!!

According to Humphries' Minneapolis-based attorney Lee Hutton III, the decision to televise proceedings won't be based on what Kardashian wants.
"It's a request you make before the judge," Hutton told me Wednesday. "It's his decision. Quite frankly, I would think that Kim Kardashian would be interested in having this on TV simply because her life is already on TV."

For reasons unclear to me, Kardashian was making new noises, in the last episode of the recently completed season of her E! Kardashian admitted in a reality camera confessional that she intentionally avoided spending time with her sister-in-law, Kaela Humphries, because Kim didn't want to invest herself emotionally while so unsure about the marriage. And let's not forget Kardashian's freaking out because her husband wanted to move boxes of his belongings into her rather large L.A. residence. Oh, how Kardashian tried to cry -- the women on ABC's "The View" cogently noted there were no actual tears -- for the reality TV cameras over the embarrassment of having such a lavish wedding and wasting the time and money of all those guests now that her feelings have changed for Humphries.
