Justin Bieber and Sean Kingston were just cruising the Miami Beach strip looking like such BALLERS ... they had to flag down a cop to protect them from adoring fans.

Law enforcement sources tell us Biebs was driving a drop-top Rolls-Royce this evening on Ocean Drive -- with Kingston riding shotgun -- when a group of fans noticed them and started to gather around the car.

We're told Justin and Sean got the attention of a plain-clothes officer who stood guard until the crowd left.

Sources tell us the sick Rolls actually belongs to Kingston, who -- for some reason -- is cool with his 17-year-old pal taking the wheel.

By the way, it all went down in front of a Friday's. Hope they got some potato skins ... those are awesome.

Soulja Boy Spends $55 Million On Private Jet

Soulja Boy's last album The DeAndre Way may not have done so well last year, but it appears that Soulja Boy still has plenty money to blow.
According to TMZ, the rapper, who turned 21 yesterday, dropped $55 million for a private jet, as a birthday present to himself (swag).

Black Man Who Killed White Supremacist Gets 65 Years In Prison

A Black man convicted of stabbing and burning a prominent White supremacist will spend 65 years behind bars for the crime.

As previously reported, Vincent McGee a Black man from Rankin, Mississippi confessed to killing 67-year-old Richard Barrett.
According to CNN, McGee told police that he went to check his Facebook account at the White supremacist' house who help him set it up, even taking pictures for him to use.

On the night of April 21, 2010 however, McGee said he snapped after Barrett made sexual advances at him, even pulling down his pants and ordering him to perform a sex act while McGee used the Internet at his house. McGee told authorities he became so enraged that he stabbed him till he “stopped moving”, 16 times in total.

He then later returned and burned the body and the house in a cover up effort.

On Thursday, McGee pleaded guilty to manslaughter, arson and burglary, a plea that ultimately avoided a lengthy trial. A circuit judge gave him all maximum sentences with the plea bargain; 20 years for manslaughter, 20 years for arson and 25 years for the burglary all of which are consecutive.
His victim John Barrett traveled the country sharing his anti-Black and anti-immigration ideas and cofounded the Nationalist Movement, a white supremacist organization.

50 Cent Cancels Next Album, Blames Interscope AND Threatens Dr. Dre

50 Cent revealed on Twitter early Wednesday morning that he will not release his next album, due to problems with Interscope Records.

The G-Unit Head had previously announced that his sixth album, Before I Self Destruct II, a follow up to his 2009 Before I Self Destruct LP, would be out this year.

In addition to canceling his next album, 50 Cent also threatened to leak a new Dr. Dre single.

Dr. Dre's last single "I Need a Doctor" featuring Eminem and Skylar Grey was released in February of this year and has sold over 2 million copies.

Dre's long-awaited Detox album was supposed to be released in 2011, but no news surrounding the album has been released since "I Need a Doctor."

Police shoot 13 year old boy, 8 times...

Police brutally and overaggressive behavior seems to continue across the country, as a 13-year-old boy was shot eight times by police in Chicago on Monday night.

According to reports, 13-year-old Jimmell Cannon was in serious to critical condition after being shot eight times by Chicago police officers, who said the boy was holding a BB gun.
Cannon's family deny police's reports, saying the boy was unarmed.

Police said they were called to the area at about 11 p.m.
Monday to investigate shots fired.
They saw the boy, who matched a description. Police said he had a weapon and refused to drop it when police told him to.
The boy's parents, Kenyatta Cannon and Jimmy Porter, said the boy wasn't holding anything and had his hands in the air when he was shot.
They said their family was attending a birthday party at Kenyatta Cannon's mother's house Monday night and Jimmel's little brother was with him when the shooting happened.
Jimmel's parents said the boy was supervised at the time of the incident, as well.

Rihanna is making her acting debut

The Songstress will play the role of a naval officer in the Peter-Berg directed film that co-stars Liam Neeson, Alexander Skarsgard and Taylor Kitsch.

The movie which opens in theaters May 18, 2012 reportedly cost $200 million to make and is based off the popular board game.

Rihanna previously spoke on her role in the movie and described her character as "badass" and "tough."

Arkansas High School Won't Allow Black Student To Be Valedictorian

A high school southeast of Little Rock would not let a black student be valedictorian though she had the highest grade-point average, and wouldn't let her mom speak to the school board about it until graduation had passed, the graduate claims in Federal Court.

Kymberly Wimberly, 18, got only a single B in her 4 years at McGehee Secondary School, and loaded up on Honors and Advanced Placement classes.

She had the highest G.P.A. and says the school's refusal to let her be sole valedictorian was part of a pattern of discrimination against black students.

Wimberly says that despite earning the highest G.P.A. of the Class of 2011, and being informed of it by a school counselor, "school administrators and personnel treated two other white students as heir[s] apparent to the valedictorian and salutatorian spots."


Wimberly is suing the school for deciding to name a white student, who had a lower GPA, as co-valedictorian, and seeks punitive damages and requests that school records be changed to show Wimberly as sole valedictorian.

Nicki Minaj and her foul ASS month Fined in Jamaica!

Rapper Nicki Minaj was fine over the weekend during a performance in Jamaica, for using expletives during her show. The rap star performed at the International Reggae Sumfest in Montego Bay on July 24th. While performing, she used several curse words in violation of public laws on the island. Nicki was issued a summons to appear in court on Monday (July 25th) for using indecent language, but her lawyer appeared on her behalf and paid a $1000 fine.

 (AllHipHop News) A once profitable business venture between producer T–Pain and Antares Technologies has ended in a lawsuit over the rapper/producer's association with the company's popular “Autotune” affect.

The rapper, who used to officially endorse Antares' auto-tune effect, ended his deal with the company in June and formed a new company with Izotope, to promote his own line of "T-Pain" audio effects called "The T-Pain Effect."

Yesterday (July 25th), T-Pain filed a lawsuit in United States District Court of Northern District of California, claiming that Antares continues to use his image and likeness in advertisements, packaging and marketing materials for Antares' rival products.

T-Pain, born Faheem Najm, claims that the audio company has also licensed his name and image to third parties to endorse their own products, without his permission.

T-Pain claims Antares is also marketing a competing "Autotune" product, using is image and likeness.

According to the lawsuit, the confusion in the marketplace could substantially damage sales for his upcoming products, including a new piece of technology being produced called the “I Am T-Pain Mic."

In addition to at least $1 million in damages, T-Pain is seeking an injunction prohibiting Antares from using his name image, likeness, photograph, voice or anything else connecting him to Antares' competing "Autotune" products.

FLOCKA ARRESTED!

Waka Flacka Flame was arrested in Queens, New York over for the weekend, and later released. The Atlanta rapper was spotted by officer's smoking pot in the parking lot of the Coliseum Mall and popped on criminal possession of marijuana, according to RapFix. According to Waka, he spent a night in jail, but was never charged with a crime and later released.



He missed show date because of the ordeal and later addressed the incident via his Twitter page tweeting,

Kelly Rowland Starring In Bag Of Bones

As she prepares for the July 26 release of her album, Kelly Rowland's been added to the cast of an A&E miniseries.



Kelly will join the cast of “Bag of Bones”, a four-hour mini-series based on the New York Times bestselling novel by Stephen King.


“Bag of Bones” will also star Anabeth Gish, with additional cast to be announced shortly.



Mick Garris is set to direct the Matt Venne penned script and filming will take place in Nova Scotia, Canada.

A woman is seeking a paternity test from rapper Flo Rida, whom she claims is the father of her child.

TMZ.com reports that Flo Rida is being accused of fathering a son with a woman earlier this year.



According to the report, Flo Rida agreed to take the test, but he did so using an alias, in an effort to protect his identity.



Lawyers for the woman claimed that they have seen no scientific proof that Flo Rida himself took the paternity test.



Her lawyers are seeking a court order to force Flo Rida to take another paternity test to determine if he is the child.

Could Rihanna be GOING TO JAIL over S&M video?

Rihanna and her label Def Jam Music must face litigation over the pop star's “S&M” video, which fashion photographer David LaChapelle claims unlawfully depicts a number of his copyrighted works.

LaChapelle alleges the video's director Melina Matsoukas was told by Ri Ri's camp to make a "LaChapelle-esque music video,” even using his prints to story board the shots.
After the video's initial release in January a suit followed on February 14.
The “Man Down” singer's camp issued a motion to dismiss in April, but U.S. District Judge Shira Scheindlin recently concluded in each instance of accused copyright infringement that the concepts were not protectable, but the execution was.
The number of similarities was enough for Scheindlin to allow the lawsuit to continue.
According to the court order, the defense agued if they did use the photographs, it was to "critic[ize] how Rihanna is treated by the press and comment on her relationship with the media."

"Commenting on and criticizing Rihanna's treatment by the media is unrelated to the photographs and does not require copying protectable (sic) elements of LaChapelle's work," Judge Scheindlin countered.

Woman KICKED Off Plane For Allegedly Not Wearing Panties?

A New York City woman has filed a lawsuit against JetBlue Airlines after she was kicked off her flight and questioned about whether or not she was wearing panties.

Malinda Knowles, 27, claims that during a pre flight walk through, a JetBlue supervisor put a walkie talkie between her legs to see if she was wearing underpants.

"He said, 'I don't want to see your panties or anything but do you have any on?'" Knowles recalled yesterday."I didn't want to show him anything. He wanted me to basically show him my crotch. I was completely humiliated. It was vulgar. It was macho. It was rude."

According to Knowles, she was escorted off the plane and forced to prove that she was wearing shorts under her baggy shirt. After the confirmation, she returned to the plane only to be told the pilot would not fly with her on the plane.

"He said, 'The captain is refusing to fly you today. We need to remove you from the flight,'" said Knowles.


"I really feel like the guy just wanted to demean me in some way," she said.

Knowles is seeking unspecified damages in the civil suit which accuses the airline worker of assault and battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

"Basketball Wives" star Tami Roman just fell victim to the brutal Los Angeles streets -- TMZ has learned a car she was traveling in just got banged up in a 3-car pileup!

Pastor Convicted For Sexually Assaulting 12-Year-Old 9 Times

Keith Devon Pitts 44, formerly of  New Life Christian Center, has been convicted of nine counts of sexual abuse with the girl that includes "sex offense of a child and taking indecent liberties with a child.”
Prosecutors contend that Pitts sexually assaulted the child in his home in 2006 by performing a sex act on her.

They then say he acted again in 2008 and forced her to perform a sex act on him in 2009.

He's been sentence to between 20 and 24½ years in prison.<--IS THAT ENOUGH THOUGH????

Trey Songz lands Role in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D!

Songz is set to play to play the male lead and the boyfriend of Alexandra Daddario in the film, which will be Songz big screen debut.
The movie, which will be directed by John Luessenhop and begin shooting later this month in Louisiana, hopes to showcase a group of fresh-faced actors.
Along with the role, Songz is also set to release a new album this fall which will be his follow up to the album “Passion, Pain, and Pleasure.”

The movie is set to be released on October 5, 2012 under Lionsgate.

Victim Dies After Crash Involving Lamar Odom's Driver

A 15-year-old boy has died from injuries he sustained in a NY car crash involving a vehicle carrying NBA star Lamar Odom ... the boy's family has confirmed to TMZ.

 Odom was in NY on Thursday to attend a funeral for his cousin -- and had hired a car service to drive him around town during his visit. But while Odom was in the car, the vehicle was involved in an accident with a motorcycle ... which was propelled into a 15-year-old pedestrian.

The boy's family tells us ... the boy sustained major head injuries in the collision.

TMZ reports that Weezy has instituted a zero-tolerance no-alcohol policy backstage and on his tour bus.


A rep for Wayne stated that there will still be alcohol served at the venue but backstage will continue to be dry.

Female Rapper Foxy Brown has plans to make a comeback this year. In her latest interview with the NY POST, she reveals that Playboy has offered her a 2 million dollar cover deal. Over a decade since her last release, she says. “It’s not that I’ve been twiddling my thumbs. I’ve had major setbacks.” The rapper has lost her hearing and had several run ins with the law in the past few years.



Last week, Foxy Brown was cleared of charges that she violated a order of protect against her neighbor Arlene Raymond. Now with all of her legal troubles behind her, she is ready for a comeback. San Francisco Police Shoot Teen Over $2 Bus Fare

Reports state the following:

The incident occurred around 4:45 p.m. (Saturday, July 16) on Third Street and Oakdale Avenue when a 19-year-old man, who was believed to have been carrying a gun, was shot and collapsed on the sidewalk, police said.

A police spokesman said the shooting began after two uniformed officers conducted a fair inspection on a Muni light rail vehicle.

They detained the man on the platform, but he fled on foot. During the foot pursuit, police said the suspect fired at the officers, and the officers fired back.



Witnesses had a different story and said police overreacted.



As the man was running he had his hands up in the air, and then hit the ground when he was shot, one witness said.

Police maintained that the man had a weapon and they searched the area for the firearm.



One bullet casing lay on the street, and police said it came from a gun that did not belong to the police officers.  Police said witnesses could have taken the victim's weapon when the man collapsed, or the suspect could have thrown the gun somewhere during the pursuit.

The suspect was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and he later died from those injuries at 7 p.m. The officers were not injured.

This will be Jennifer's THIRD divorce -- she was first married in 1997 to Ojani Noa, and again in 2001 to her backup dancer Cris Judd. This will be Marc's second divorce.

The couple got married in 2004 in their Beverly Hills home. They have two children.

Lil Kim Removed From Monica's Single By The Notorious B.I.G.'s Mother

As previously reported Monica debuted her track “Anything (To Find You)” that samples The Notorious B.I.G.'s “Who Shot Ya” and includes a verse from both Kim and Rick Ross.
Now according to Monica Lil Kim's been taken off the track by Biggie Smalls' mother Voletta Wallace.
Wallace, who controls the late rapper's estate, has reportedly blocked clearance for Kim to appear on the track to the dismay of not only Monica but the track's producer---Missy Elliot.
Obviously frustrated about the situation, Monica took to Twitter to say,

The is Nicki Minaj and Scaff Beezy incident WONT DIE. According to a Young Money insider, Scaff Beezy was beat unconscious by Young Money goons. Word is, SB was paid a visit at his hotel room last night in Houston where he was stomped out, supposedly in retaliation for the swollen lip “non-incident” reported by TMZ.
Sources say Beezy is currently recuperating in his hotel room. Nicki Minaj’s next tour stop is in New Orleans with the Young Money crew and it is not certain if SB will be attending.
